Shoes are often very beautiful, but these horrifying shoes leave us speechless. Some are 1000% unpleasant to look at, while others are completely unrealistic. 10 pairs of WTF shoes that will make change your view over some artists. (If we can call them “artist”)
Here are the 10 most horrifying pair of shoes ever made.
In case the hooves weren’t weird enough, these shoes also have gold guns as their heels. if the hooves are real, which it looks like they are, here’s hoping the guns weren’t the ones used to kill this poor animal. And for those humans who would wear these… that’s another story for another time.
I don’t know how anyone could ever walk in these things! Ballet dancers are trained to dance up on their toes, but this take on the ballerina pointe shoe is out of this world. And not in a good way. Whoever wore these would have to walk around on their tip toes all day, not to mention tower above the ground. Painful and completely unrealistic.
Fashion Faux Pas
These shoes seem to be a part of a fashion editorial, where it’s not unusual to see peculiar things but these knee-high buckled platforms really take the cake. Not only are they totally dominatrix-like, they also look near impossible to walk in. they don’t look glamorous and they likely won’t be making their way into mainstream fashion any time soon. Or ever.
Bare Foot Claws
These shoes are super confusing. Are they even shoes? Half of your foot is bare and has to walk around on the ground without any protection. Isn’t protecting your feet one of the major upsides of shoes? And that’s not even the only WTF part of them. That claw heel looks frightening and even dangerous.
It’s one thing to wear flippers when you’re scuba diving or swimming lengths in the pool, but stacking a pair of heels on them is totally “WACK”. I can’t imagine that they’d be easy to walk in and unless you’re dressing up as some sort of webbed-foot creature for Halloween, there’s really no explanation for wearing these flipping’ shoes.
Why should chairs just be for sitting in? Why can’t we walk in them too? Well, the shoes prove that apparently… we can. Although that doesn’t mean we should. They actually look extremely dangerous to walk in since there’s no support at the front. I guess you can only wear the chair shoes when you’re sitting in a chair, too.
These kicks give boat shoes a whole new meaning. First of all, it looks as though you’d be stepping into a wooden boat and secondly, the pointy toes look like elf shoes on crack. Anyone walking around you would have to beware. You wouldn’t want those pointers jabbing into you.
Wooden geometric shapes should be left as toys for children to play with, not glued on as the base of a shoe. These platforms are totally weird, not to mention the ugly white sandal booties on top, with a vertical red stripe down the front. So bad on so many levels.
Blue Jean Baby
Denim is great. For jeans, for vests, for jackets for shorts, even for baseball caps, denim can be really great. You know when it’s not great? For shoes. Especially for these shoes that look to be two legs of a pair of jeans cut down into flip-flop boots. They look like a DIY gone terribly wrong.
2 For 1 Heel
Ultra-ugly and not at all stylish, it’s questionable whether you could even walk in these babies. Maybe two heels are better than one? Nah, heels should be kept at the back, we don’t need them in the front, too. Plus the red and black spider web design is really freaky.
